The Bi-Annual Women’s Empowerment Summit

(AKA The Table)

Where women gather to connect, grow, and turn inspiration into action.

Abstract beige flower-like pattern on black background.

The Table is a gathering created for women who want more than a moment of inspiration.

It is a space to have meaningful conversations, learn from one another, explore the issues shaping our lives and communities, and walk away with something we can actually use.

Through powerful speakers, interactive workshops, honest conversations, and intentional opportunities to connect, The Table brings women together across generations, backgrounds, professions, and experiences.

Because when women gather with openness and intention, something happens.

We share what we know.
We learn what we don't.
We make connections.
We see new possibilities.

And sometimes, we leave ready to make a change we hadn't imagined before we arrived.

There’s Always Room at The Table

Every gathering is shaped around conversations that matter in women's lives.

Past summits have explored topics including spirituality, mental and emotional wellness, financial well-being, advocacy, entrepreneurship, relationships, legacy, and the experiences that connect women across generations.

The topics may change from one Table to the next, but the purpose remains the same: to create a space where women can learn, connect, reflect, and leave better equipped for whatever comes next.

What You’ll Find at The Table

The Table brings together:

  • Thought-provoking keynotes and TED-style talks

  • Interactive workshops designed for real-world application

  • Honest panel discussions and conversations

  • Diverse voices, experiences, and perspectives

  • Meaningful opportunities to build relationships and community

  • Space to reflect, celebrate, laugh, learn, and simply enjoy being together

This isn't about telling women who they should become.

It's about creating the kind of space where women can bring who they already are, discover something new, and take what serves them into the lives, families, careers, businesses, and communities they return to.

  • Reflections From the Table

I cannot begin to express what this experience has meant to me. I gained a wealth of knowledge from the speakers. I was surrounded by profound women. I felt a deep connection with all of the women and very much related with many of their stories. It was the most soul soothing and rewarding experiences I've ever had.

  • Reflections From the Table

Being part of The Table was an opportunity to commune with women looking to cultivate a community and make an imprint. Each woman who contributed gave insight for building generational wealth, intelligence and prestige.

More Than a seat. A Shared Experience.

Some of the most meaningful moments at The Table don't happen from the stage.

They happen in the conversations between sessions. In the story that makes someone across the room nod because she's been there too. In the introduction that becomes a friendship, collaboration, resource, or opportunity. In the moment someone hears exactly what she needed to hear.

That's why community has always been at the heart of The Table.

We believe there is power in bringing women into the same room—not because we all have the same experiences, beliefs, or answers, but because we each bring something worth sharing.

And there is room for you here.

  • Reflections From the Table

A heartfelt thank you for an absolutely amazing event! Everything was simply beautiful—from the stunning venue to the inspiring speakers and the delicious food. Thank you for creating such an uplifting and empowering experience. It was truly a pleasure to be a part of it.

  • Reflections From the Table

This was one of the best experiences I have had as an attendee and vendor. Typically vendors are treated as an afterthought; however, your intentional attention to how we were doing, if we'd eaten, and were able to hear the speakers was something I will never forget. I cannot wait for next year!

Until We Gather Again

The Table returns in 2028.

Until then, we invite you to look back at moments from previous gatherings, hear from women who have joined us, and stay connected for news about what's coming next.

Because the next Table begins long before we take our seats.

Join the list to be the first to hear about plans for this and other upcoming events.
