Shatoria L. Christian is a faith motivational keynote speaker, author, and transformational leader committed to inspiring healing, purpose, and fearless faith. She is the founder of I Am Shatoria, a global empowerment brand established in 2020 that creates life-changing experiences through speaking, writing, retreats, and digital content. Shatoria is also the visionary behind the annual I Am Forgiveness to Freedom Retreat, where attendees are guided through powerful journeys of restoration, self-discovery, and spiritual renewal.
An author with a passion for transparency and transformation, Shatoria wrote Authentic Transparency: Forgiveness to Freedom and Sunrise: The Middle of All Things Between (released November 3, 2024). She is also a co-author of the Amazon best-selling anthology Women with Unshakeable Faith, which ranked in eight categories. Her story and work have been featured in ABC, USA Today, NBC affiliate publications, Austin Voyage, Canvas Rebel, and multiple media platforms, including radio, television, magazines, and blogs.
With a gift for connecting deeply with audiences, Shatoria speaks on personal growth, leadership, forgiveness, identity, and overcoming life’s challenges. Her messages are delivered with authenticity, energy, and compassion, leaving individuals empowered to walk boldly in their purpose.
Before stepping fully into entrepreneurship and ministry, Shatoria served 21 years in the United States Air Force, retiring with a legacy of resilience, excellence, and dedication. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Hospitality and Tourism from Columbia Southern University and an M.A. in Business Administration from American Military University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership at Liberty University.
Following military retirement, she transitioned into education, teaching high school before becoming a homeschool educator for her daughter, Janae. Above all, Shatoria is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, roles she considers among her greatest blessings.
Her life’s mission is simple yet powerful: to remind people that their past does not define them, healing is possible, and faith can carry them forward.
