LYNDSAÉ PEELE | CEO, KINGDOM VISION ENTERPRISES, LLC
Lyndsaé Peele is a finance coach, ecosystem builder, real estate advisor, and national advocate for equitable wealth creation. Her work is grounded in a clear belief: wealth is not accidental, and exclusion is not inevitable. Both are designed—and what is designed can be redesigned.
With a BA from Howard University, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, Lyndsaé blends academic rigor with cultural fluency. A proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., she views finance not as transactional, but structural. Capital is not a reward; it is a tool—and it only works when paired with education, trust, and systems that reflect how communities actually build.
As Senior Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Manager at Kiva U.S., Lyndsaé leads a national network of 100+ entrepreneurial-serving organizations and community-based lending partners across the United States and Puerto Rico. Through this work, she helps expand equitable access to no-fee, zero-interest capital for entrepreneurs historically excluded from traditional financial systems.
She is also the Chief Wealth Officer of Kingdom Vision Consulting, an award-winning firm recognized as the SBA’s 2022 Maryland Financial Services Champion of the Year. Through coaching, consulting, and strategic advisory, she equips entrepreneurs to build sustainable wealth rooted in ownership, alignment, and informed decision-making over time.
Extending her impact into real estate, Lyndsaé founded Keys to the Kingdom Real Estate Advisors, LLC, advancing homeownership as a cornerstone of generational stability. She received the 2025 Rising Star Award in Real Estate for her leadership and growing influence in the industry.
A respected thought leader and host of the Kingdom Conversations Podcast, Lyndsaé amplifies conversations on economic justice, ownership, and legacy. She also serves on the Baltimore Workforce Development Board in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development and is a certified mentor with SCORE.
Across every role, Lyndsaé bridges banking and community, policy and practice, and capital markets with lived experience—designing pathways that turn participation into ownership and ownership into legacy.
