REV. LENIA QUEEN | FOUNDER, SISTER2SISTER THERAPY
Rev. Lenia Queen, NCC, LCPC, LPC, CCTP is a servant leader, nationally board-certified and licensed therapist, minister of the gospel, and coach with a dedicated focus on trauma treatment and the integration of theology and therapy. As the founder and lead clinician of Sister2Sister Therapy, she is passionate about building strong marriages and relationships and helping women heal their hearts and restore their faith.
Lenia's commitment to her community extends beyond her private practice. She is the co-founder of New Mindz Ministries, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides mentoring services and resources to returning citizens, at-risk individuals, and their families. In addition, she is a Mental Health First Aid and Prepare-Enrich facilitator, bringing essential mental health education and relationship-building tools to diverse populations.
A culturally sensitive mental health professional, Lenia focuses on client advocacy and evidence-based care. She strives to develop meaningful interpersonal relationships with women and couples, fostering social and emotional growth through restorative practices rooted in faith, personal strengths, respect, and human compassion. She holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Lancaster Bible College and two undergraduate degrees, one in Bible from Lancaster Bible College and the other in human resource management from Virginia College. Her academic background, combined with her practical experience, informs her holistic approach to mental health and wellness.
