She is the founder of Black Women Marketers, a global community of more than 1,400 Black women across 18 countries and 34 U.S. states, reaching over 120,000 women through marketing, programming, and digital campaigns. Across her career, Jasmine has led more than 30 marketing and advocacy campaigns at the intersection of marketing and social change. That effort mobilized support from more than 60 state and national organizations and contributed to legislation guaranteeing language access for voters, later signed into law.

She is known for pairing strategic rigor with storytelling, helping audiences move from inspiration to impact. Earlier in her career, she led a social justice convening at the White House, pioneered the Elevation Awards to financially support grassroots efforts in Baltimore City, and contributed to the national #SaveMedicaid campaign, helping protect healthcare access for millions of American families.
