NIJA HEPBURN-NELSON | CO-FOUNDER, SISTER2SISTER THERAPY
Nija Hepburn-Nelson has her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capital Seminary & Graduate School and is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. She also holds a degree in Sociology with a Criminology emphasis from Hampton University.
Nija has a passion to work with women and youth that come from a variety of different backgrounds and lifestyles. Her desire is to remind individuals that their circumstances do not define them nor do they dictate the power of who and what they have the power to become. She is the co-founder of Sister2Sister Therapy, where the hope is individuals can bridge the gap of faith and mental health. You can have Jesus and a therapist too.
Nija has actively served in youth ministry, which is her sincere passion, in various capacities. Nija’s driving force is to always serve the youth and be for them who she needed when she was younger.
